White Night
Here is a preview of my most recent intuitive digital painting. And by “intuitive” I mean it was built up from random and differing paint strokes and splatters – with no planing at all. I slowly built it up from a blank canvas, and ended up rendering the skull from all the random strokes. The only guide I used was a poem I wrote – White Night. I feel it represents the raw emotion and dark nostalgia that is present in the poem.
This is another part of I, Quantum Singularity, my visual-art/poetry book. In addition to the book – which will most likely be an ebook – I will also be making prints for anyone who is interested. This particular piece is poster sized at 18 by 24 inches.
